Fantastic view to the sea. We first received another room but we decided to exchange it, as it was not comfortable (no corridor, you enter the room and you are directly in the kitchen. No place for jackets, caps, schoes...). The room we got on the next day was fantastic, with great view, well furnished, with everything at the right place.

Terrible wifi. The router was in the middle of the floor so the signal was poor in rooms located in the edges of the building

Perfect location-beautiful view on the sea and the town. Silence and comfortable apartment. Good and safe parking. Possibility to bring an animal which we really appreciated.

Front Desk staff - Fr. R. - was exceptional! She went above and beyond to make sure that everything worked out for us. All staff encountered were extremely polite and helpful. Our apartment was very nice, unbelievable views all around!

Overpriced considering standard of apartment and that there was no service at all

waiting time, when I checked in, because first no one was there and then it took very long parking while the apartment was ok, it looked much better in the internet than in reality (it's a bit outdated) how can the place be called a hotel, with no cleaning service at all

Located in the centre of the town. Service was lacking. Facilities, whilst upgrade were ok.

The proximity to the beach was great.

Check in was a nightmare. Had to find out what to do when we arrived mid afternoon and there was no one at reception. Ended up at the sister hotel to do so! Curtains kept falling off. Heaters were hidden under curtains near the balcony and you would trip on them if going to open windows. New fit out looked like a 1993 design reject. Car parking was tight and getting up the stairs with luggage a nuisance. Not somewhere I will return.

Good but not perfect

- Parking Garage - Pool was good - Lobby and access to beach very nice - Rooms were big, good kitchen equipment including freezer, dishwasher, comfortable beds - Lots of restaurants around

- No AC available - Not really soundproof, lots of noises from all other apartments and the street (bus line and trucks). If you want something quiet, this is not it - No local breakfast, dining, lunch - 14 Euro per day for one parking garage place in a duplex slot, parking is rare ok, but 10 would have been high enough already I would say - Rooms on beach side really close to stairs, everybody walks by... - A coffee capsule machine would have been nice instead of brewing

It was ok, but next time we will stay somewhere else.

The location is great! You can walk down to the beach from the hotel.

The service was not great. We understand much of this had to do with COVID-19, but it was very hard to find someone when we needed to take our son to the hospital. He slipped on one of the hotel steps because it was very sandy and he needed stitches on his face. We couldn’t find anyone to help us find a hospital. We also had a very hard time getting the key when we first arrived. The room was not clean when we first arrived- I think there was still sand on the floors. The bathroom had a sign saying it was disinfected which is good.

Very good

The location is amazing - right at the beach, close to many restaurants and the little town square with all the shops and bars. The rooms are super-spacious with a lovely dining nook that overlooks the beach and the promenade. Clean and comfortable.

It’s a shame the indoor pool didn’t work, but also understandable since Covid restrictions are lifted only partially.

Der Pool... .da fehlt bei einem Sprudel was wahrscheinlich defekt war ..die Abdeckung das ist für Kinder nicht geeignet....sollte abgestellt werden.....und etwas wärmer hätte es sein können....

Der Empfang an der Rezeption ( Frau E. B. ) war, wie letztes Jahr, sehr nett, freundlich, kompetent und schnell. Die Lage und der Blick sind wirklich unglaublich gut! Gern kommen wir wieder.

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung.

Personal überfordert. Zimmer noch mal in Rechnung gestellt, obwohl über Boocking bezahlt. Kein Wort des Bedauerns, geschweige eine Entschuldigung. Unakzeptabel!!! Bad/Dusche sehr, sehr klein. Für Leute über 80 kg nicht geeignet.

Es ist eine Kleinigkeit. Das sind die Türen die die Küche abtrennen. Bin da ein paar mal gegen gelaufen. Hab mir den zeh ziemlich angestoßen. Finde diese Türen völlig überflüssig.

Tolle Lage - tolles Haus

Freundlich und hilfsbereite Damen am Empfang. Besonders gut hat uns der Pool und die Sauna gefallen. Zimmer war wertig und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Wirklich sehr schön zum Wohlfühlen.

Großer Mangel, daß es im Seetelhotel kein Frühstück mehr gibt! In der Vergangenheit war dass beim“Mexikaner“ möglich. Es fehlt ebenfalls eine Versorgungsmöglichkeit in den Nachmittags-und Abendstunden, war früher auch möglich.

Wir kennen Bansin aus anderen Buchungen (auch über Booking) Lage und Touristik waren toll. Das Seetel macht insgesamt einen guten Eindruck, auch die Lage ist top.

Das Apartment entsprach in keiner Weise denen, die bei Booking vorgestellt wurden (Fotos) . Es war die älteste Ausstattung des Seetelhotels. Fernseher war klein, die Räume waren nicht wie abgebildet und das Bad entsprach überhaupt nicht den Fotos der Apartments auf der Bookin-Seite
