Living area with a large corner sofa, coffee table, 65-inch Smart TV with BOSE soundbar, electric fire and sliding doors to a glass-fronted balcony.
Dining space with an oak table and eight chairs, perfect for group meals.
Modern kitchen with two electric ovens, induction hob, full-height fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, wine fridge, and Delonghi Nespresso coffee machine.
Breakfast bar with four stools.
Utility room on the first floor with washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and separate freezer.
Travel cot and highchair available.
