Welcome to your luxury Naples getaway. Fully renovated in 2026, this modern 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is designed for comfort, relaxation, and unforgettable Florida vacations. Everything in the home is brand new, creating a stylish and pristine space ideal for even the most discerning guests. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, all brand new modern appliances, plenty of indoor dining space, smart TVs throughout the house and a great selection of board games for your family entertainment. Plunge into a heated pool, sunbathe on a soft premium quality sun longer, cook your favorite meal on a Weber BBQ grill and enjoy the sunset with a lake view surrounded by beautiful palm trees that create the perfect tropical setting.
The home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, making it perfect for families, couples, or friends traveling together.
THE SPACE
Welcome to the house that was designed to be your private, hotel-style villa, equipped with all amenities to meet the requirements of the most demanding tourists. The spacious 3-bedroom and 2-bathroom living space comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.
Master bedroom: Enjoy spacious comfort of the master bedroom equipped with the king size bed, lots of storage space, closets and walk-in closet. Enjoy the view of the palm trees, pool and the lake right from your bedroom window. Watch your favorite movies on the large screen smart TV. The master bathroom offers double vanity, rainshower with LED lights and modern style bathtub. Additionally, the bathroom has an electronic toilet with heated seat, bidet features and many more settings.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located on the opposite side of the house, offering privacy and comfort. One of the bedrooms is equipped with the queen size bed; the other offers a bunk bed and the desk that could be used as a standing desk as well as the monitor, and can be used as the office.
Towels, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are provided in both bathrooms. Hair dryer and hair straightener are provided as well.
Crib and high chair are always available at the property for families with young children.
The family room offers a lot of open, bright, contemporary living spaces. Sectional couches offer a lot of comfortable space for the time together watching TV, playing table games or enjoying a modern electric fireplace. A separate space with armchairs and coffee table is there to read a book, rest or enjoy a drink.
Gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and dine at home. Enjoy time together at the large round dinner table that seats 6 people, or have a quick bite at the bar counter on a bar stool.
The deck is well equipped for you to spend quality time outdoors. The pool is heated during the winter months (November - February). Lanai will protect you from all insects and wildlife, so that you could just chill on the sun lounges in the shade under the roof, or near the pool. Sun umbrella is available for those who require additional shade. Enjoy your time in the pool playing water basketball, the hoop and balls are provided by the host.
BEACH & VACATION ESSENTIALS INCLUDED.
We provide everything you need for a perfect beach day: beach chairs, beach umbrella and pool floats.
Schwinn bikes are available at the property for our guests to enjoy the nearby trails and the neighborhood.

The home is located in the peaceful Crown Pointe Community, a quiet and beautifully maintained neighborhood with excellent amenities. Community amenities include: tennis courts, pickleball courts, fitness center, community pool, quiet walking streets throughout the neighborhood.
You’ll also be just minutes from some of Naples’ most popular destinations:
• ~10 minutes to Naples Pier and the beautiful Gulf beaches
• ~10 minutes to Fifth Avenue South for dining, shopping, and nightlife
• Biking trails, grocery shopping and Starbucks are within 2 minutes
The house has everything you need and is equipped for families with children, couples traveling together, friends enjoying a Florida vacation, guests looking for a peaceful yet central Naples location.
IMPORTANT DETAILS:
Per HOA guidelines, guests are required to complete a simple one-page lease application form upon booking. Guests will also be asked to sign a 2 page rental agreement to acknowledge the house rules. Completion of both forms will be required as a prerequisite for check-in.
This is a self check in property. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received full payment and no later than 2 days prior to arrival. Codes are changed in between each reservation.
