The house layout was great for our family. The pool was a highlight especially for the grandkids. A good time was had from a 2 year old to my dad at 89!!
We had a few small issues and I texted Tammy and she took care of it right away. Tammy and Neil are great to work with.

Good location, big swimming pool, good communication with managing agent, lots of beach towels. Crowne Point community extremely well kept. Beach chairs and umbrella available in garage which is not always the case, comfy beds, outside area had comfy seating and sun loungers.

The house was very clean (except for the bbq) and fully equiped. A few downsides: in the winter there is hardly any sunshine in the poolarea, the dishwasher and washer and dryer are very noisy and the garage door was not functioning. The neighborhood is very quiet and well situated. We enjoyed our stay.
