During your stay, you have complete access to the entire home, including the 2-car garage. The private pool and covered patio are all yours to enjoy at any time. You’ll also have access to the Crown Pointe community amenities—take advantage of the pool, gym, sauna, pickleball courts, tennis courts.

Five days before your arrival, we will send you a link to a digital guidebook filled with all the information you need for a seamless stay—everything from checking in and home essentials to local dining, activities, and insider tips to make the most of your Naples getaway. Crown Pointe East Homeowners Association requires guests to complete an Application and provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID prior to check-in.
The HOA rules prohibit parking recreational vehicles, boats, or trailers in the driveway. Commercial vehicles may not be parked overnight.

This home offered a big, clean kitchen to prepare our dinner before enjoying events in downtown Naples. The big outdoor table allowed us to look out over the pond while dinning. We liked the sidewalks within this quiet neighborhood. We also appreciated the thoughtful extras, such as beach chairs and decaf coffee.

Discovering this rental house was a stroke of luck! From the stylish interior to the serene poolside oasis, our Naples stay was pure bliss. Comfortable bedrooms, a private pool surrounded by lush greenery, and a location that's spot-on for beach and attractions. Seamless process with a responsive management team.
