We stayed in this house last year as well and overall it is a nice rental home. The house is clean and the private pool is a great feature. We had a very nice holiday in Naples again.
However, we feel that the house — especially the outdoor living area — is in need of renovation and some updating.
Despite this, we enjoyed our stay, but for next year we will probably look for another house.

We had an absolute perfect trip, and stay! The neighborhood was quiet, well maintained and aesthetically pleasing. Can’t say enough about 5038 Mabry, it truly was like a home away from home, we definitely will make a return visit. Highly recommend for families, or couples looking to relax, away from traffic etc. plenty of restaurants to choose from, and only a couple miles from the beach. The Host was extremely accommodating, everything you would possibly need for recreation, beach or pool was available on sight. Thank you again, for a great time!

This home is aging and needs upkeep attention. When we walked in, we quickly noticed the ant traps on the kitchen counters, in the kitchen cabinets, under the beds in the twin bedroom, etc. We found roach traps under the sink and in the closet by the kitchen garbage can. This should’ve been enough of a red flag for us to find another house, but we trusted and stayed. By the 5th day, we had ants everywhere in the bedroom and discovered two dead roaches. We were advised that pest control was working and it was common for Florida, but pest control was sent out to us. We waited all day for him to arrive at the house, so one entire day was wasted waiting on him. By day 7, it was a complete infestation of ants and we had to switch houses. Our trip was greatly impacted by this misleading home. While the property manager was doing her best to communicate and help, the owners should not be renting their home until they fix their bug problems. They need to get to the root of the problem. Until then, I wouldn’t want someone else’s vacation impacted like ours was.
