Don't let the outside influence you. The inside of the house is beautiful. We were 4 adults & 2 kids and had plenty of space. The house has everything for you to prepare a meal. The grill outside is connected to the gas of the house, we learn that days later after using our charcoal grill. Also if you have kids, FYI there is only 1 TV at leaving room that has a hard time connecting to the internet. We had to let our kids use their tablets to see cartoons at night. Over all the house was great

The house is like the pictures! The location is great you are a few steps to the beach and few minutes drives to restaurants and fun attractions! I do recommend you book this place!

Cleaned house. Love the decorations. Everything is pretty much new. If the shower head water outside is a little stronger. It would be perfect instead of dragging the sand inside.

The house inside and outside appears to be in the midst of a remodeling project while being rented as a vacation rental.
The exterior of the home has some structural issues that were not shown in the photos (i.e. exposed tar paper where brick was removed near the electrical panel) and some of the exterior is severely dilapidated since the photos were taken (i.e. garage door is rusted with holes and sharp edges).
The garage as shown in the photos implies that there is a functioning fridge. In reality the fridge is defunct with open rusted doors, super dangerous for kids. There are exposed electrical wires and electrical boxes, also dangerous. The garage leaked due to the rusted holes in the garage door.
The television was a huge issue. We selected this house over other options because of the open kitchen/living room. When we arrived the TV was not working, the internet was not connected. Guest services was slow to respond and lacking.
The amenities for the beach: The photos for the beach fun stuff did not match the weathered items in the shed. Some things like a cart for toting things to the beach was not there. This is a key element for packing, we didn't pack items that we expected to be there, listed or shown in photos.
Bottom sheets did not fit the beds appropriately, exposing the mattress covers while sleeping.
