This Gulf front condo sleeps up to 8 guests in 1 king bed, two queen size beds, and a queen sleeper sofa.
Located on the peaceful end of Thomas Drive your conveniently located next door to St. Andrews State Park. Treat yourself to a swim in the luxurious gulf front pool or watch your children have fun splashing around in the kiddie pool. Enjoy BBQ's with your family using the outdoor grills and covered picnic area or enjoy taking a stroll on the sugary white sands of the beautiful Panama City Beach.
Prepare an entire gourmet meal or just a quick snack before heading to the beach, in the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with the latest appliances and formica counter tops. Gulf views can be appreciated from the kitchen as well! The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, bakeware, cooking utensils, dishes, glassware, silverware, etc.! Next to the kitchen is the dining room with a table for 6 to eat dinner at and 3 barstools to sit at as well. Beach-front dining on the oversized private balcony is always a great option too!
Sleep like a dream, while enjoying your dream vacation, on the king-size bed in the master suite. The master bedroom offers new carpet, television, convenient walk in closet, and access to the full bathroom! Your full bathroom includes a tub/shower combo, and a roomy vanity area.
Additional guests can cozy up in the guest bedroom on two queen size beds with our high thread count linen. The guest bedroom offers a walk-in closet, its own separate bathroom with walk-in shower, and it's very own television.

Parking is available at the building. Your two bedroom condo includes parking for up to 2 vehicles. This is the maximum on-site parking allowed for this condo. Additional parking is available in several offsite parking lots for a daily fee.

Highest marks. Communication was excellent. Courtesy, helpfulness and friendliness were on point. Beautiful complex (Commodore) with excellent amenities and proximity to restaurants, etc., but very quiet and chill. Unit was clean and well-appointed. Some furnishings (kitchen table, couch, mattresses) are ready to be replaced soon but this did not hamper our comfort or the wonderful time we had. Thank you for a wonderful stay -- we can't wait to come back and hope to stay in this unit again!!

It was a very nice condo, with lots of extras. Elevator was really nice, and the beach was the prettiest I’ve ever seen it.

We stayed for a month and it was wonderful. Beach view was amazing, 5th floor is perfect, not too high but above the palm trees for a clear view of the beach. Great location, away from traffic but close to restaurants, shopping and grocery. The interior is really cute and the kitchen is well equipped with everything and more than we needed. Actually it has more kitchenware and small appliances than I have at home. Cabinets, countertops and appliances could be updated but was sufficient for our needs. Refrigerator has an ice maker which was a good surprise. Bathrooms are also dated and could use a refresh, but both toilets were replaced with new comfort height and slow close seats after the owner was made aware of the older toilets chain and flapper issues. Mattresses were very comfortable with very nice linens. Only suggestions for long term rental would be more comfortable sofa and loveseat and balcony furniture. It would be nice to have the taller chairs to sit and see over the railing. We saw dolphins many days and the best sunsets. Overall it was a great vacation, views, location and value for the money. excellent beach view. Could not figure out how to work any tv's. No local tv. Both dressers behind tv's had dust dirt and fuzz. Very dirty. Wicker night stand in guest bedroom had food all over it. Carpet didnt look like it was swept. the sides of both guest beds had alot of dirt and tags off clothes next to them. Ceiling fans were black with dirt.
