Welcome to Commodore 805, a Gulf-front escape on the quiet East End of Panama City Beach. Just steps from sugar-white sands, this location is walking distance to local dining favorites and minutes from marinas, golf courses, St. Andrews State Park, and the iconic Schooners beachfront restaurant.
Set directly on the Gulf, the resort features a seasonally heated pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, basketball court, shuffleboard, cornhole, a grilling pavilion with picnic tables, and a fire pit for evening gatherings. Direct beach access offers chair and umbrella rentals, jet skis, volleyball, and endless relaxation.

Guest Bedroom 2: Queen bed, flat-screen TV, private en suite with shower/tub combo
Master Bedroom: King bed, private en suite, Gulf-front views, balcony access

Kitchen: Fully equipped for cooking, with all essentials and washer/dryer
Balcony: Expansive wraparound balcony with seating and tables, ideal for sunrise coffee or sunset dinners

Security Camera Disclosure
For the safety and security of our guests and property, this unit is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera located outside the front entrance of the unit only. The camera monitors the exterior entry area and is used solely for security purposes.
There are no cameras or recording devices inside the unit or in any private interior spaces.

Overall clean, easy check in. Kitchen has all you need. Bring trash bags, tp and paper towel. Bed in master was comfortable. Bathrooms are small. Nice seating on balcony. Our family of 7 fit perfectly! Enjoyed our stay! Beautiful view.

We had a great time! The condo staff was kind and accommodating. They even let me keep some of my groceries in the fridge as we arrived a little early. The property was safe and very family friendly. The children loved the basket ball area. They also had corn hike and a pickle ball court. The property was clean and well kept. The pool area with hot tub and kiddie pool was nice. Loved the beach front and closeness to the beach. The room was perfect! We had everything we needed to prepare meals. It was spacious. Clean. Close to a pub and grill with music. Ice cream. Souvenir shop. All in easy walking distance! We love that. St. Andrews park was right there. We walked to pier. We had such a great time that I think we found our forever vacation home!

It was good it’s just one of the rooms didn’t have a remote I had to spend the first night in the dark wasn’t happy it should of had a remote and if your gonna have a coffee maker you should provide coffee but other than that it was great
