The fully stocked kitchen is ready for home-cooked meals and features new stainless-steel appliances, making it easy to dine in while enjoying the view.

The Treasure Island front office charges a $35 one time fee per condo upon arrival for parking passes and pool bands.
Treasure Island has implemented a new parking policy that affects extra vehicle parking. If you bring more than 2 vehicles, the resort now charges a $100 parking fee per extra vehicle where space is available. If you have questions about parking availability or this fee, please contact the resort directly.

Only 1 dog less than 30 lbs per condo will be allowed. The front office will charge a non refundable $300 pet fee upon arrival. NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE WILL BE MADE, PLEASE DO NOT ASK.

The location of the condo was excellent, views of the gulf and bay exceeded expectations and access to restaurants and amusemments was great. The condo was well stocked and comfortable. Furnishing were were good with exception of primary bathroom and pillows. (We bought inexpensive pillows from Walmart to make it through the week.) The primary bathroom did not appear to have been part of the remodel mentioned in the room description and the the reason for the the overall rating of 3. The size of the shower was great however the shower insert and glass door were old and moldy. The primary bathroom kept this rating from being 5 stars in all categories.

Absolutely SPECTACULAR views! The condo was beautiful! Master bedroom bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and such but make sure to bring your own salt pepper and any spices. Overall I would rate this a 10. Ocean and pool were great and location was perfect. Go ahead and book it.
