Location was excellent! The balcony was amazing! The interior decor was perfect! The beds were comfortable! The appliances were great! The booking and instructions were easy!

All of the rugs were dirty. It was not good to step out of the shower onto a nasty rug. The hallway rug was also dirty. The dining chairs’ legs were coming off. We had no tools, but we tightened them as best we could. We left one loose so you could see it. All of them need to be tightened with a wrench. We had a person sit on a chair and one of its legs started to collapse. Thankfully, the person did not fall. There were food remnants under both the couch and loveseat cushions. I did not clean them.

I have previously stayed at places on front beach road. This was a very pleasant stay. Much less crowded and quieter. The unit had everything we needed and they even called to let us know it was ready to check in early. (Not always possible but was a nice surprise) We got a cute bag and coozies also! For a family with 7 people, it was perfect. Everything was clean, worked, and even the ice maker made enough ice each day for us to fill our cups for the beach and then again later. Parking is easy as well as finding the room. The end unit can't be beat with the wrap around to the side balcony. This will definitely be our future go to place in Panama City Beach.
