Welcome to Commodore 1201, a spacious Gulf-front condo on the quiet East End of Panama City Beach. This ideal location places you within walking distance of local dining favorites and just minutes from marinas, golf courses, St. Andrews State Park, and Schooners beachfront restaurant.
The resort sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico and features a seasonally heated pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, basketball court, shuffleboard, cornhole, grilling pavilion with picnic tables, and a cozy fire pit. With direct beach access, guests can enjoy chair and umbrella rentals, jet skis, volleyball, and endless fun on the sugar-white sand.
This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom beachfront condo accommodates up to 8 guests and offers an open floor plan with stunning Gulf views throughout. The fully equipped kitchen is located off the entryway and includes a washer and dryer for convenience. The living and dining area features a Smart TV and opens to the expansive wraparound balcony.

High-speed internet, bed linens, premium bath and kitchen towels, fully stocked kitchen items, Keurig coffee maker, and a starter supply of household essentials.

Beautifully decorated, fully stocked condo. You cannot go wrong with this rental. This was our 2 stay, first being in 2022, it did not disappoint either stay!!
