This property was prefect for our family vacation. Dee was very helpful and provided excellent communication before and throughout the stay. Close enough to the beach if you had to walk back to the house for anything. Very quiet and away from all the traffic. If you are looking for a nice place to stay, look no further than this property right here.

Location is key, easily accessible to public beach and right off the main road. Home is spacious and is as described. Nice neighbors, quiet neighborhood - other than the traffic on the main road. Owner makes himself available to help with any need, keeps good communication.

Nice enough house, a bit outdated, cleaning leaves much to be desired. Trash on balcony, around pool, moldy shower curtains. Not even sample size products for required tasks…check-in directions asked us to do a load of towels as we left, but no laundry soap. Or dish soap. Or paper towels. Or napkins. Or dishwasher liquid. Or garbage bags. Or beach towels. Loft comforters smelled like urine. For a small investment ($25 at Publix) for basic cleaning amenities, this would have been a much better review. Close to the beach and food/activities, but be prepared for the bare minimum at the house.
