You'll have four decks to choose from, as well as a 21-foot dock - so bring your boat! In this ideal West Ocean City location, you'll be just across the way from the public boat launch and one mile from the historic Ocean City Boardwalk. White Marlin Mall is right across the street and Assateague Island is within an easy drive.
The spacious main floor features plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy the incredibly inviting setting. Unwind in the living room and watch your favorite shows on TV or curl up on the couch with a good book. The group's chef will love the well-equipped kitchen which has the amenities you'll need to make anything from a small snack to entire meals. Enjoy the fruits of your labor together in the dining area. Afterward, head out onto the deck and lounge while taking in the pleasant scenery and the crisp Maryland air. The enormous primary bedroom suite has its own large private deck; two more bedrooms have their own decks as well.

There is a shallow water slip (dock 49) that fits a maximum 21-foot boat.
To use the boat slip, please provide the first and last name of the person renting the home and the first and last name of the boat's owner.
This home features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience.
The owner provides one pool pass (which cannot be guaranteed; there is a $50 charge if it is lost).
No smoking and no pets allowed.
Parking: Three parking spaces are included with this rental. Two in the driveway and one in the community lot.

Loved it- however if you have infants - there are significant amount of steps to monitor. Take a gate! 😌 everything else was great for us!

The home, furnishings, and view were appropriate for the price of a week’s stay in August. Unfortunately, the experience that sticks out most was a bad night’s sleep. The mattress in the master bedroom was completely unsupportive, and actually injured both my wife & I. Our first night’s sleep was so bad, we went out to buy a mattress in a box from Walmart, which was of substantially better quality. I offered the owner the option of keeping it for the price I paid, but was refused, and instead gave it away to a homeowner nearby at a slight discount, restoring the original disaster of a mattress.
The front door latch broke during the last day of our stay, and we contacted support, but no one ever came out to fix it.
Luxury properties come with guests that expect luxury stays. The owner should invest in appropriate accommodations, else lower rates to meet the accommodations provided.
