About this house rental
This is the perfect place to stay in Ocean City for all types of groups. My place is close to many local restaurants, bars, and businesses. It is about a 3 minute walk to the beach and/or boardwalk. With 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom you'll have all the space you need. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups and all others. It's a great place to stay at the beach and is close to everything that you will want to do!
We are near the boardwalk and bay. The atmosphere is very safe and quiet around nigh time. There are countless restaurants, bars, amusement parks near the area. The best thing about our property that keeps our costumers returning is the fact that we are a short walk from the beach! Large 2-bedroom apartment with big living room, kitchen, and 1 bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots, and pans allowing our guests to save their hard-earned dollar eating in. The living room is spacious and comes with a flat-screen TV 1 pullout sofa and 1 couch. One bedroom has two double beds and the other bedroom has one bunk bed and one double bed. The apartment also includes one full bathroom.
The office will be located on 12 Street, at the Wilmington Terrace Units. There, on 12th Street, the guests will receive their keys and will make their payment for the stay. Pets are welcome upon request. There is A $25 fee per pet night applied. Guests under 25 must pay a $50 security deposit, per person. This will be completely refunded if the place is left clean and there are no damages to the apartment. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover cards, money orders, cashiers check, or cash at arrival. Extra guest is 20$ per night. Please note, that guests must bring their own towels, toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, and top sheets. We provide pillows, pillowcases, blankets, mattress covers, and fitted sheets.

The stay over all was okay. As a Property Manager and Previous host myself I noticed and observed the following:
Stairs are not up to code and carpet is outdated. There is no handrail on the second level. Pictures are outdated through the apt. There were no GFI's in the kitchen or bathroom. The tub is outdated. Only 1 towel rack for a place that sleeps 8. No nonslip anything in the tub. No cleaning supplies at all, couldnt clean up after yourself if you wanted to, and most people will. Has a kitchen with a small table and 8 chairs lined against the wall. Cable tv has 5 channels...thats it. Has a love seat (pull out bed) that when you sit on it you sink to the floor and the bigger couch sofa bed is not any better. The couch pillows are outdated/dirty. The oven racks are covered with dirty foil that needs changing and should be changed after every rental. It was advertised as a quiet neighborhood..it was everything but quiet. You could hear yelling, laughing, cars zooming by, music thumping ect. This was everynight. The parking was not sufficient. The hosts were nice and Sammy changed out our AC window unit with a new one that went out right away. Over all if they did the upgrades as mentioned above...the place would be nice. The location is great.
