About this apartment rental
This is a self-catered rental. Guests are responsible for supplying their own consumables, including but not limited to: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish soap and hand soap.
Please bring your own sheets and towels. Comforters and pillows are provided on all beds.

Beautiful newly renovated, nicely decorated condo at Club Ocean Villa II, large outdoor pool 40 yards from your private courtyard and 4 minute walk to the beach: indoor pool about 100 yards away, 2 tennis courts and 2 racquetball courts. North Ocean City is much more quiet and family oriented. In walking distance to many great restaurants and the the park is only 6 streets away. Has a place to park your boat trailer if boating is your thing.
- North OC it is much quieter.
- Large outdoor pool is only 40 yards away.
- Large private courtyard to hangout during some evenings.
- Indoor pool and sauna is 100 yards away when the weather is not cooperating.
- We love walking over to the tennis courts to play tennis in the morning.
- Great restaurants with in a short walking distance near by like the Crab Cake Factory
- Convenient stores within walking distance: Food Lion, CVS, WaWa, Dunkin Donuts, Seafood Dealer, Billy Subs(they have great subs), 7Eleven
- Parking in front of our courtyard makes easy unloading and loading the car. No carts needed. It is so easy!
- Ceiling fans in every room!

Very comfortable and cute beach decor. Was happy that we were able to take our fur baby with us. So many close choices with restaurants that allow pets. Would stay again as the condo was so clean and the walk-in shower was great for our senior legs.

We loved the Johnson Beach House! They are great hosts with a beautiful home. They were also able to accommodate our German Shepherd who is just a bit over the weight limit Bubba loved the beach! See y’all next year!

Very clean and great location. Was a bit tight for 8 people but would be great for 6 or less.

Comfortable and cozy. Nice place to stay, with everything close by ( uptown). Easy ride to downtown by car or bus.
