The Space:
This lovely condo is located in the heart of Ocean City at Route 90 and the Ocean Highway. It is a great place for families to gather. It includes a modern kitchen, updated bathrooms, and new carpet and furniture. The view is one of the best in OC! The balcony is huge and overlooks the beach with direct sun. The Calypso has a nice community pool, perfect for a refreshing dip. Things to Know Free WiFi Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.

The condo was perfect! It was in a great location with food and activities in close proximity. The beach views were spectacular and the deck was perfect. The beds were comfy and kitchen was well stocked. We had everything we needed and it was truly wonderful.

We’ve stayed here several times, and now with added central air conditioning, our family is sure to come back again! Well-equipped accommodations feature a large combination covered balcony and sun deck!
