The building is a great location right on the beach. Within walking distance with small children to several restaurants, a grocery store, mini golf and ice cream. Bus stop is about a small block away. Very centrally located.

Property is exactly as shown. The view and proximity to the beach are amazing.
However, they need to follow up on their cleaning service. Bathrooms needed attention. The light in the master bath needs to be replaced.
At check-in the Shoreline rep was curt, and never told us that the 2nd parking space was a 1/2 block away. We had to call several times, and wait to speak with someone who "knew" the answer. They haven't responded to my emails regarding concerns, so I don't even know if they read them.
That being said, it was still a great trip and the weather was perfect.

This charming oceanfront condo was a great pick for our 50th Anniversary. I was pleasantly surprized how quiet it was there even though it was located center of town. It was nicely decorated! It was a short walk to the ocean. We saw dolphins 3 different times too! Enjoyed all the walks on the beach with my husband! Will most likely return to this condo!
