Inside, you'll find a polished, light-filled living space with central air conditioning, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, and a separate dining table. As the day's beach towels spin in the private washer/dryer each evening, you'll have free WiFi and a flatscreen TV in the living room to keep you entertained. In this part of midtown Ocean City, you'll be mere steps from the beach in one direction and one block from Coastal Highway in the other, providing you with easy access to a wide variety of restaurants, shops, bars, markets, miniature golf courses, and other sources of entertainment. The Assawoman Bay Bridge and the Ocean City Tennis Center are just two blocks south, while the heart of the Ocean City Boardwalk is less than three miles south. Things to Know Full kitchen Please note that this condo has a side ocean view No pets and no smoking allowed Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Bed a little to firm but nice place great view, nice balcony cleaning instruction and price for that needs work. Price for stay a little steep especially for four days. But all in all nice.

This property exceeded all of our expectations! The cleanliness was exceptional. Rentals are really unpredictable as photos never really tell the whole story, this rental is awesome. Everything looks brand spanking new. We have a new rental for any time we go access to Beach is fantastic Location to Beach is fantastic

The place itself was nice, however was not well stocked with linens let alone enough for my family. Communication with the property company was trash as well no response. My husband left his $500 camera been calling since we left still nothing. Nice place but I wouldn’t recommend I’m big on communication.
