It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The unit was very clean. Everything was updated. Furniture was comfortable. Previous reviews said beds were hard but in the Master it was fine. Did use other bedroom. Appliances were like new. Well stocked w utensils, and pots and pans. Balcony was very clean and spacious. There were beach chairs, etc by the owner however, we did not have to use them. Short walk to beach. Pool was nice. No complaints. Would rent again. Easy walk to restaurants n access to Route 90 bridge.

Great place, very clean, very nice big pool, nice ocean view, and great location. Only two downsides... 1. The beds are really no better than sleeping on the floor as they are hard as a rock, and 2. The parking spots make absolutely no sense e.g. first spot semi close, second spot at the very back of the lot, while some of the lower numbered condos have multiple spots right up front.

We loved the condo in its entirety except for the hard beds that killed our backs and every part of our body. If the beds were more comfortable I would've given a 5 stars.
