About this apartment rental
Cheerful condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and Southern exposure in small 4 story building with an elevator.Well maintained, and decorator furnished, situated on a very uncrowded and wide beach. There is garage parking with two assigned spaces close to the elevator. Building has an outside shower. Owner provides linens (if you wish to use them, but must be laundered and folded before check-out). Owner provides beach chairs and umbrellas. There are 3 flat screens TVs. Washer and dryer in unit. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room. Lovely 60 foot wrap around balcony. Excellent mid-town location 4 blocks from Rt. 90 bridge. Walking distance to fine restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Minimum age to rent: 25, sorry no Senior Week rentals permitted in this building.

Our experience was simply outstanding, from making reservations to checking out. It is a prime beach front/ocean view property, which could not be any better. The unit is meticulously designed, super clean, and tastefully accessorized. The kitchen has everything possibly needed for home-like living. Supplies are plentiful. The two bedrooms are well-soundproof by design with closets and bathrooms placed in between. So, if TV is on in one of them, it is absolutely quiet in the adjacent one. Parking spot on the ground level is a prime spot, right in front of the elevator lobby. Common areas in the entire building - top to bottom - are very clean and feel safe and comfortable. The views from the wrap-around balcony (with a hammock!) - are as sweeping as they are tranquil. There was nothing better than having coffee in the morning immersing ourselves into this paradise pleasing all senses. Walking on the beach in any weather was a treat. No driving, no crossing streets…. It’s all yours. Add to that easy and helpful (e.g. restaurant choices) communication with the gracious owner, and dreams of coming back started to emerge. Highly recommend!

Awesome location and fabulous views. The host is amazing and we would love to return! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway!
