The Space
Our exclusive three-room apartment is sure to delight you with its modern style and refined details, guaranteeing a memorable experience.
Upon reaching the front door, you’ll step into a small hallway and be greeted by a sense of warmth. The living area consists of a living room with a large sofa that can be converted into a bed if needed. The separate kitchen is equipped with appliances and is well-stocked with: dishes, a toaster, a kettle, and an espresso machine with a selection of teas, herbal teas, and coffee, a dishwasher, an induction cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer, and a washing machine. You’ll also find some basic pantry items (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar).
We provide some items for an Italian-style breakfast.
The bedrooms are double rooms, tastefully and thoughtfully furnished to offer a cozy and exclusive atmosphere.
The rooms are equipped with closets with hanging space, luggage racks, mirrors, and lamps. We’ll provide you with bed linens. The bathrooms are fully equipped with a toilet, bidet, sink, and spacious shower stalls for a moment of pure relaxation. We’ll provide towels and toiletries, including a hair dryer.
Private parking in the courtyard ensures safety and convenience for your vehicle.
Guest Access
Private parking in the building’s courtyard. Access is via the building’s main entrance; there are a few steps leading to the elevator, which takes you directly to the apartment’s entrance on the fifth floor. You can also access it from the parking lot; there are a few steps to reach the elevator.
Getting Around:
You’ll be in Desenzano, an excellent starting point for exploring Lake Garda and its attractions, as well as the entire surrounding area—whether by private car or by public transportation such as trains and boats, which are easily accessible.
• Car: We recommend using a car only to reach destinations that aren’t accessible by public transit, such as Franciacorta and the small villages, to avoid traffic jams and congestion.
• Boat: A 15-minute walk from the apartment, toward the town center, is the Desenzano pier, from which boats depart to visit the entire coastline and famous towns such as Sirmione, Peschiera del Garda, Garda, Malcesine, Riva del Garda, Limone, Salò, and other lesser-known destinations. The boat is the ideal way to get around while enjoying the beautiful scenery and avoiding traffic.
• Train: Regional and high-speed trains pass through the Desenzano train station, connecting cities such as Verona, Venice, Milan, and Bergamo. Taking the train is highly recommended to avoid highway traffic and parking in city centers
• Bus: Across from the train station are bus stops offering service to nearby towns, the cities of Brescia and Verona, and neighboring towns.
• On foot: Desenzano offers a picturesque lakeside walking path where you can enjoy a leisurely stroll or go for a jog.
