Great location - easy walk to and from station … good walk in and out of town. Communication and professionalism of Asia made our stay very comfortable.

Maybe leave some information about turning on the gas in order to use the stove. Need for a drying rack for clothes that cannot be put in dryer…

Air conditioning really good. Very modern apartment and very clean. Quiet location. Fantastic Central location - very handy for train station within 5minute walk. Also close to lake within 10-15mins.

No outside space.

Good location & clean. Andrelina was quick in answering our queries and Kimberly was very helpful in taking my husband who has mobility problem & our lugguage to the train station after checking us out.

Property charged €200 for a refundable deposit in case of damages but this was not clear when we booked. It did not provide any basic stuff like enough toilet rolls for our 3-night stay for 4 people. We had to buy dishwasher washer tablets & laundry tablets, kitchen towels, cooking oil, salt, tea bags etc. We stayed in Lake Como, Bergamo, Verona & Venice for 3 nights each. All the apartments in these cities provide us with basic stuff. There is no air condition in the bedrooms. In order to keep us cool we had to sleep with our bedroom doors open so we had no privacy.
