Modern, quiet, clean apartment in fantastic location.

Apartment lacks basic provisions & bedrooms have no air conditioning

Good location & clean. Andrelina was quick in answering our queries and Kimberly was very helpful in taking my husband who has mobility problem & our lugguage to the train station after checking us out.

Property charged €200 for a refundable deposit in case of damages but this was not clear when we booked. It did not provide any basic stuff like enough toilet rolls for our 3-night stay for 4 people. We had to buy dishwasher washer tablets & laundry tablets, kitchen towels, cooking oil, salt, tea bags etc. We stayed in Lake Como, Bergamo, Verona & Venice for 3 nights each. All the apartments in these cities provide us with basic stuff. There is no air condition in the bedrooms. In order to keep us cool we had to sleep with our bedroom doors open so we had no privacy.

The apartment is nicely decorated, clean, with everything you need for a stay. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The rooms and living room are comfortable, the advantage is two bathrooms. The train station is a five-minute walk away, so it's great for visiting Milan, Verona. There was a private garage available a couple of minutes away from the apartement. Our hostess Kimberly was very kind, friendly and very helpful from the moment we arrived until the end of our stay.

The only remark I have is related to the messaging on Booking from their office. I received too many annoying spam messages with the same content.

Garbage very confusing but staff helpful. The only issue and wasn’t that big a deal, was that the occupants of the unit next door noisy at times

Very clean and comfortable, missing a few essential basics

Great communication from Luca, who met us at the property to let us in, show us around and collect the local tax. When we woke to find ourselves without water one morning, he was on this immediately and a man quickly appeared to explain that the water in the road was temporarily off while a repair was made. It was back on within an hour. The property was completely clean and supplied with lots of utensils for cooking, although the kitchen space itself is very small. The living room and bedrooms were very comfortable and we enjoyed a proper rest. The aircon was quiet and very effective, which also helped with sleeping during a period of very intense heat. It was within easy walking distance of the railway station (8 mins max), while it was a relatively 15-20 minute gentle stroll down the hill into town. Overall, the property was very quiet and I would be very happy to stay there again.

This was the only place (of four) we stayed at in northern Italy where basics like washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, olive oil, balsamic vinegar etc were not left behind after other guests had departed. Instead we got a single sachet of washing up liquid and a single dishwasher tablet. There was no washing powder either. These things are not worth purchasing at every stop on a tour, so I would have rated more highly if they were just left in the property for subsequent guests to use.

If travelling to Desenzano, this is the place to stay.

I cannot reccomend this property enough. The host was extremely communicative, meeting us at the door and giving a tour of the apartment as well as local reccomendations and a list of activities. The apartment itself was new, clean, modern and exceptionally spacious. The location was perfect, a 20 minute walk from the lake but situated near local food marts, coffee shops and not far from the towns main supermarket. For the reasonable price, we were very impressed.

There was nothing that could have been improved. A perfect stay!

Ferienwohnung Cappuccino

Die Lage der Wohnung war gut, fußläufig zum Zentrum und Hafen und Strand. Für den Einkauf benötigt man ein Auto. Bei der Ausstattung und Sauberkeit hatten wir nichts zu beanstanden.

Wir sind bei der Buchung davon ausgegangen, dass die Wohnung einen Balkon oder Terrasse hat. Es gab keine Sitzmöglichkeiten im Freien. Die Schließanlage war sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die zusätzlichen Kosten für die unverschuldete verspätete Anreise empfanden wir als unverschämt., da wir uns zwischenzeitlich mehrfach gemeldet hatten.
