I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming apartment in Desenzano del Garda, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality! The apartment itself was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The spacious living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, and the kitchen was well-stocked, making it easy to prepare meals with fresh local ingredients. One of the highlights of my stay was the balcony where I enjoyed my morning coffee !The location was ideal, just a short walk from the vibrant town center with its charming cafes, shops, and historical sites. The host was incredibly accommodating, providing local tips and recommendations that truly enhanced my experience. Whether you’re looking to explore the beautiful surroundings or simply unwind by the lake, this apartment is the perfect base for your getaway. Highly recommend for a family stay

We had a great time in Du Lac Apartments. The flat was perfectly equipped for our needs, very clean and comfortable, had everything we needed including even paper towel and dish soap in the kitchen. In addition there is a playground right behind the building and a tasty pizza place around the corner. Shopping mall with Lidl and a good restaurant is a short walk away. Very comfortable stay for a family with small kids.

The sofa bed is not really comfortable to sleep on, but I guess this is sth to be expected

Excellent location for exploring Lake Garda

This apartment was within 10 minutes walk from station and 15 minutes from town. Beautiful very modern apartment. Excellent value for money. Spotlessly clean. Situated in quiet residential area, ideal. Secure accommodation. Host extremely helpful and easily contactable on WhatsApp.

Homey and comfortable, a great base for exploring Lake Garda

This is a truly lovely apartment and I enjoyed my stay. It was a home away from home and I wished I could have stayed longer. Alessia is very kind and allowed me to check in a bit early. The apartment was super clean, and well furnished and equipped with everything I needed. I loved the fresh air breezes on the balconies, and it was very quiet. It is an easy walk to the lake. I will return for sure if I come back to Desenzano del Garda.

Comfortable, Clean and Modern with Friendly Service from Hosts

We liked the friendly comunications with Alessia our hostess, especially for check-in processs, which was easy. We had a nice little welcome pack with tea, coffee and biscuits. The apartment is beautifully clean, a good bathroom and shower, and balcony. Nicely located in a quiet residential area - with a Pizza delivery place nearby (good pizza!) as well as a friendly small but well-stocked supermarket. Avis car hire is 2 or 3 blocks away. The walk to the town centre and harbour is 7-10 minutes, with a few cafes and shops on the way, with the Piazza Garibaldi a nice place to sit, with its fountain and with the locals happy to chat.

Our friendly advice would be to suggest a few more cooking utensils: a spatula, a couple of wooden spoons etc would help! Also because we didn't understand the colour coding for the trash, we were a bit insecure about what to do. Also, guests should be warned that there is a limit to the electricity loading - using the cooker, aircon and boiling a kettle at the same time is not possible, and you need to do a re-set in the the fuse box! Alessia was very responsive to help us with this, but it would be good to have such information in a welcome pack, along with details of the location of the washing machine and dishwasher.

Super Lage und insgesamt eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit vielen Kleinigkeiten die bereitstehen.

Das Mobiliar ist zwar modern aber doch recht einfach… trotzdem fehlt es an nichts für eine schöne Zeit :)

Wygodny apartament z klimatyzacja, w dogodnej lokalizacji. Super jako baza wypadowa do najpiękniejszych miasteczek położonych nad Gardą. Samo Desenzano równie urokliwe. Wygodne łóżko (ciutkę mniej poduszki ale to subiektywna ocena), kuchnia dobrze wyposażona.

Niestety okazało się, że w obiekcie nie ma pralki, a miejsce to było naszym kolejnym etapem podróży. Opis sugerował, że pralka znajduje się w apartamencie, co miało wpływ, że zdecydowaliśmy się na ten obiekt. No ale jakoś sobie poradziliśmy.

Hyvä, siisti majoitus, hyvällä sijainnilla

Todella rauhallinen sijainti, silti kaikki kävelyetäisyydellä. Asunto oli toimiva, parvekkeita eri suuntiin. Alessia oli avulias ja helposti tavoitettavissa. Lidlille ja lähimmille kaupoille n. 800m matka kävellen, samoin Desenzanon rantaan ja kaupoille. Paikallisten suosima, hyvä ja edullinen pizzeria kulman takana. Testattiin myös ruoankuljetuspalvelua ja toimi hyvin tänne. Voitaisiin mielellään palata tänne uudelleen.

Äänieristys huoneiden välillä huono. Asuttiin yläkerrassa ja alakerrassa puhuttiin kovemmalla äänellä myöhään illalla ja aikaisin aamulla, niin kaikki äänet kuuluivat meidän huoneistoon. Vuodesohva ei kovin hyvä nukkua, mutta tämä toki tiedossa vuodesohvan ollessa kyseessä. Ensimmäisellä kerralla huoneesta lähtiessä ei huomattu portin aukaisunappia käytävällä ja jäätiin lukossa olevan portin ja ulko-oven väliin. Pieniä miinuksia vain nämä, kokonaisuutena oltiin erittäin tyytyväisiä.

Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen!

Es war alles (und mehr) da, was wir gebraucht haben. Das Bett war bequem und die Wohnung sehr sauber. Sogar Flyer für Aktivitäten und Restaurants, ein kleiner Guide und ein paar Snacks und Kaffee/ Tee gab es! Man merkt, dass es eine Gastgeberin ist, die selbst gerne reist.

Очень чисто, есть всё необходимое, безопасно (три входных двери: калитка, дверь в подъезд и дверь в квартиру) хорошие полотенца, хороший интернет, возможность припарковать автомобиль на улице или в гараже в этом же доме.

В спальне нет системы отопления и поэтому в феврале там было холодно.
