Appartement neuf, sécurisé, lumineux, équipements modernes, tout est parfait. Hôte à notre écoute. Il nous a même été proposé de garer notre véhicule dans l'enceinte de la résidence et donc en sécurité. Photos absolument conformes à la réalité.
La présence d'autres personnes dans l'appartement du dessus peut génèrer quelques nuisances sonores selon leur comportement.
