Set in the quiet beauty of the Catskills, The Summit is a spacious Tannersville retreat built for groups who want room to gather, unwind, and settle into the mountain pace. Bright and relaxed, this three-bedroom escape suits families, friends, or a mix of both looking for a comfortable base near Hunter Mountain and the region's best outdoor adventures.
Inside, the open-concept living area keeps everyone easy and connected. Natural light fills the space, warm wood tones lend a cozy mountain feel, and the fully equipped kitchen makes group meals simple, from an early breakfast before the slopes to a slow dinner after a day on the trails. The dining table for six anchors the room and doubles as a spot for card games and late-night conversation.
The primary bedroom is a quiet, comfortable anchor, with a king bed and a TV. The second bedroom flexes to fit the trip — a queen bed, a full-size futon, and a desk make it easy to sleep, lounge, or get a little work done. The third bedroom offers another king, and the children's playroom adds even more sleeping room with a twin daybed, a twin trundle, and a double futon.
