The House was a pretty good fit for our family of 28. There were a couple of issues one being that for a house that can sleep 30 but only has 3 bathrooms was a little bit tricky at times. We were glad we brought disposable kitchen plates/ and silverware. The silverware in the draws were dirty and we didn't use them. The house was certainly big enough to accommodate us all and we loved the location. The beds were all clean. , not enough towels for everyone but we brought some of our own. Some of used the hot tub which was great.

Overall we had a good time. We just wish the place looked as updated as the photos. It was disappointing the pool table was broken when we got there. It was shaky. We swept and cleaned. I had the same experience as someone else who wrote on here my niece that stayed upstairs her sheets smelled funky we had to wash it. Please consider changing your cleaning person lots of dust and not cleaned sheets. It is very roomy and fits a large family. Jacuzzi was great. Fire pit outside too. For the amount of money we paid for I wish we didn’t have to do all the cleaning sweeping and mopping.
