WE CAN HOST ONLY DOGS ABD ALLOW MAXIMUM OF 2 per group.

The house is located in residential neighborhood and no noise is allowed after 10 pm.

The town of Hunter has Halloween curfew.

Our newly renovated modern chalet style home is located in the quiet wooded area 4.5 minutes drive from Hunter Mountain and 2.5 minutes drive from quaint streets of Tannersville and Hunter.

ALL CHILDREN SHOULD BE ACCOMPANIED BY THEIR PARENTS WHILE USING STAIRCASE AND BUNK BEDS

SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS:
Our home is located on a very quiet street in the wooded area. To provide a safe place to stay and to protect our guests and asserts we have motion activated recording surveillance cameras outside and inside the mud room prior to entering the house. The voice recording feature that camera comes with is switched off. You can ask us to put it on if you require our help to check in and do not have a cell phone. If our neighbors call after 10 pm and complain about noise we will activate the voice recording cameras to see if the complaint is valid and will reach out to you.

The cameras are installed at the following locations for multiple reasons: at driveway, overlooking staircase leading to main entrance, mudd room ( the room where guests leave shoes prior to entering the house , porch and grill, back of the house, hammocks area and overlooking the meadow at the back of the house with firepit.

ABOUT THE DESIGN INTENT:
We designed our house with love and care and did not spare resources to provide high quality amenities.

The design concept is the concept of multiple choice. We made sure that there are multiple areas to sit at with choices of surfaces to work at: dining table, kitchen countertop, desks at each bedroom, laptop c-shape tables and game table downstairs.

The kitchen is equipped with variety choices of serving dishes and dining supplies, coffee, teas, spices, condiments. The high end coffee machine provides you with the choice of making regular,cappuccino or espresso coffee.

There are multiple choices of bedrooms to stay at and outside areas like hammock, patio, sun room, firepit area to spend time at.

Each bathroom is equipped with European flexible shower as well as rainforest high pressure shower head, multiples choices of paraben and gluten free shampoos and conditioners. There is even a choice of mirror type: standard or electrified magnifying mirror.

NEIGHBORHOOD:
80 per cent of residents on the street are full time residents so excessive noise and parties will not be tolerated. It is not an option to sit around the campfire and put a loud music on.

THERMAL COMFORT/AIR-CONDITIONER EXPLANATION:
The lower floor does not need air conditioning it is always cool because it is slab on grade.

The upper floor has air conditioners at living room and each bedroom. In addition there are ceiling fans at two bedrooms.

WIFI:
We have a reliable WiFi and in addition two google mesh boosters.

Kitchen is open plan with large countertop accommodating 5 counter height stools.

BEDROOMS:
Covid 19 influenced the way we furnished the house especially bedrooms where instead of chest of drawers we provided writing/computer desks and had the shelves built in a closet instead. This will allow long term guests to work in comfort.

The house offers 2 living rooms, 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, deck with grill, mud room and sun room. There is a fire-pit area at the back of the house.

Three out of 6 bedrooms feature 12 custom built bunk beds that are twin XL (extra long) with wider staircase designed to be comfortable for grownups and not to be challenging for taller guests. Each bunk bed comes with personalized reading light with usb charger.

Each king and queen bedroom are accessorized with writing table, reading lights with WiFi and usb charger, writing desk and personal storage spec in closet.
