We liked the fact that the price was low, and in the add it appeared to have everything we need as a family, for such a short visit. Also the location is decent, especially if you have a car, and shops like Kaufland are very close by. Also a children's park is just outside, and another 2 parks very close-by.

I would not leave a negative comment easily, but a big problem for us as a family with a small child was the fact that the door to the bathroom doesn't work - it's not even a door, it's one of those folding plastic "doors", like some have in kitchens, and it was broken. This was a major problem, as even with couples there needs to be privacy for going to the bathroom, or taking a shower, not to mention with a child. If this would have been working, I would have rated it TOP, without any issues, and it would have been perfect for us, as we are frugal, and for us WHAT we visit is the most important thing, not where we sleep as long as it's decent. Another problem may be parking for some, but this isn't the fault of the owner or location - the parking places are numbered, and are rented out by various owners of apartments in the area, and one needs to find a space without any markings to properly park. Not such a big hassle. Finally, mosquitos - killed over 30 buggers when we arrived, as only one window has a net, and both of them were wide open. The apartment has lots of potential, and I am sure that the owner will likely want to resolve these small but important issues for future customers.
