The host was very nice and polite, and the price was good.

But at a similar price, I stayed in similar apartments that were cleaner. This one, felt like it needed a more thorough cleaning.

Not something I’d recommend (it needs a lot of attention)

Nice owners and a good location.

The bed was broken, we had to move the mattress on the floor to sleep comfortably. The shower was broken, not draining properly and it was dirty. The toilet did not flush, we had to put water in the bucket and empty in the toilet to “flush”. The bathroom was dirty overall. Although there is a kitchen with a cooker, cutlery, cups and plates, there were no pots and pans available. We were unable to make coffee even though we brought coffee and milk with us. I looked in the oven for a pot and was met with a dirty and stinky oven.

Needs some elbow grease

The hosts were very accomodation and even gave me a lift from the train station! The Wi-Fi is great and the location is decent. The apartment is decently spacious but seems a bit small due to the furniture choice.

Alot of potential but needs a bit of renovation/updating. Some facilities are broken or need updating shower, toilet, AC). The bit of clutter and old paint gives the feel of the apartment not being cleaned.

Everything was exceptional. The hosts are the best (sooooo kind and helpful) . The apartment smelled amazing. The facilities were good enough. Very clean. Pretty well illuminated. Powerful wifi signal (even 5G)

During the night it was a smell coming out of the pipes. Something strange that passed in a few minutes.

It was close to city center and the price was affordable. The host was punctual and kind.

There was no cutlery and no cooking pot, even though there was a kitchen. The iron for clothes and hair dryer were missing.Also, there's been a very uncomfordable couch on the room.

Este un bloc de cămine muncitori mizerabil. Garsoniera este murdară sunt gongi rosii peste tot, baia murdară. Toti vrem sa facem un ban, dar această locație nu ar trebui sa fie pe booking. Cea mai proaspătă locație de când folosesc booking

Zentral gelegen. Immer einen Parkplatz gefunden. Größe der Unterkunft ist gut. Klimaanlage.

Sauberkeit war nicht so gut, Kühlschrank und Toilette musste ich erst selbst reinigen. Der Wasserkocher ist auch nicht sehr sauber. Küche hat keine Kochstelle. Geschirr und Besteck war auch nicht sauber. Abfluss in Dusche verstopft. Das schlimmste war aber das im Badezimmer während meines Aufenthalts 4 Kakerlaken aufgetaucht sind.

Asemenea cazare ar trebui interzisa!

A fost cea mai proasta experienta a unui turist activ. Am găsit casa murdara, covoarele neaspirate, baia murdara, wc-ul murdar, colacul avea urme de urina. Cearșafurile miroseau urat și cu siguranță nespălate după turiștii dinaintea mea. Este inadmisibil sa percepi plata înainte, sa preiei cheia dintr-un seif și sa-ți fie teama si rusine sa suni proprietarul sa vina sa faca curat! Este inadmisibil ca se intampla asa ceva intr-un oras de duzina, cu preț de oraș mare. Asemenea cazări ar trebui interzise!

Az ingatlan egy lepusztult környéken egy lepusztult bérház 1. Emeletén van. Az utca tele hajléktalanokkal, részeg emberekkel. A parkolás nem biztosított. A közbiztonság életveszélyes. A szállást így nem vettük igénybe. A szállásadó nem is érdeklődött, hogy miért nem szálltunk meg. Ezt a szállást NEM ajánljuk senkinek.

Logement à éviter

J ai aimé les équipements disponibles (vaisselles propres bien utile). J ai aimé la rapidité des réponses de la responsable du logement. J ai aimé qu il y ait une poubelle avec son sac dans chaque pièce. J ai aimé les tapis dans l appartement. J ai apprécié la climatisation. Le logement est à côté du magazin Daria pizza que je recommande. Ô

Je n ai pas apprécié la propreté du logement. Il y a des traces sales sur le mur du salon. La brossé des toilettes comportait des éléments de papiers toilettes. Il restait de la nourriture périmée dans le frigo ( 1 fromage qui puait et 1 bouteille de lait...). J ai même vu un cafard qui s était caché sous ma valise et qui est parti sous le lit. J ai eu des traces de démangeaisons sur les cuisses. Il n y avait pas ou très peu d articles de toilette comme indiqué dans l annonce (il restait un fond de gel douche et de shampoing). La douche est très sale. L eau est stagnante. Juste après avoir pris sa douche, il y a de l eau partout, c est la piscine. Il y avait de la mousse dans la salle de bains. J ai utilisé 1 fois le lave linge. Il fonctionne mais il y a une grosse fuite d eau. J étais pas rassuré à l utilisé à cause de la grande quantité d eau qui fuyait et qui risquait de faire un incident électrique. (J ai du mettre la rallonge électrique en place pour faire fonctionner le lave linge). La serrure est difficile à ouvrir. Il faut bouger le loquet pour rentrer la clef. La chasse d eau des toilettes ne fonctionne pas. J ai du ouvrir le couvercle et déplacer la chasse d eau pour qu elle remarche. La moustiquaire est présente sur 1 fenêtre seulement. Ce serait bien sur toutes les fenêtres. La localisation du logement n est pas optimale Trop éloigné de la gare 30 min à pieds. J ai du tout faire à pieds, pas de bus à Deva...Je recommande pas le logement pour cette raison également. Le quartier du logement est pas terrible. L immeuble est dégrade, très vetuste, noire. Le quartier semble moyen pour la sécurité.

Proprietarul a fost foarte prompt,deși am făcut rezervarea în ,,ultimul minut". Locația este foarte foarte bună . Fiind iarnă, temperatura în proprietate a fost perfectă. Preț foarte bun . Loc de parcare aproape de proprietate. Nu cred că cineva ar avea nevoie de mai mult ! Recomand cu încredere și nu voi ezita să vin din nou aici dacă voi vizita Deva în viitor. Mulțumesc mult !
