Apartamentul este situat la etajul 1, are AC, ceea ce a fost f bine pt luna august. Deține chicineta: chiuvetă, reșou cu 2 ochiuri, frigider cu congelator, ustensile si vase. Apă caldă in permanență, sapun lichid, prosoape. Loc de parcare langa apartament. In apropiere sunt: Lidl, Kaufland. La aprox 2 km e centrul vechi.

Este în afara orașului pe o stradă neasfaltata și plină de noroi, în plus trebuie urcat la etaj pe o scară cu înclinare 80 de grade. Nu exista cuier de haine Nu exista preș la intrare Aerul condiționat nu a fost curățat și duhnea a mucegai În cadă era un gândac mort Apă caldă este doar 3 minute după ceas și apoi trebuie așteptat 3 ore să vină Nu este feon Căsuța mică din panouri metalice cred Ușa nu se închide cum trebuie
