The owners spoke English very well and were very responsive. It's an excellent value if you grade based on the price. It was very clean.

I mean it's a super budget option. Don't pick this if you want luxury. Only one burner on the stove worked, the cooking facilities were barely adequate, the shower flooded the bathroom, and the outside of the building was profoundly sketchy in ways rarely seen. That said, you won't find a better value at this price point so have realistic expectations.
