Collection Porta Romana Suites - Top Collection

El apartamento está bien ubicado. Aunque no está cerca del centro, está bien comunicado con transporte público. Para dos personas tiene un tamaño adecuado. La decoración es bonita, sencilla, pero moderna.

Aunque la cama era blanda, no dormimos mal. Pero tuvimos un problema importante con las hormigas en la cocina y en el baño. Es cierto que hacía mucho calor y esa fue la justificación del anfitrión. Pero tuvimos que tomar muchas precauciones para que no se colaran en la comida. Nos ofrecieron limpieza, pero en el día a día ya lo limpiábamos nosotros. Entiendo que pueda haber huéspedes a los que no les agrade esta situación. Nosotros lo llevamos más o menos bien. También les diría que limpiaran con mayor profundidad la zona de la encimera en la cocina y la ducha.

It was excellent. The apartment was new and very clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They prepared our room so that we could check in earlier than scheduled, and they also allowed us to leave our luggage with them after check-out, which was greatly appreciated. The location is very convenient, with both metro and tram stations nearby. It is easy to reach the city center quickly, even on foot (on about 20 minutes but it’s worthy!)

If a disadvantage should be mentioned is that the air condition was located on the ground floor of the apartment. Due to the high temperatures during our stay, the bedroom upstairs was not as cool as we would have liked. However, they had thoughtfully provided a fan on the upper floor, which helped make the room more comfortable :)

Great location and perfect flat for 1 or 2 people. The communication from the Top Collection team was excellent throughout. The flat was clean with everything you could need for a short stay. Thank you
