El sistema para entrar es complicado. En el pin del portal algunas teclas no funcionan. Necesitas el móvil para abrir y cerrar el apartamento. La cama esta en una mezzanine donde no te puedes poner de pie, es incómodo.

Very good location, nice amenities and design. Quiet and clean. Extra treats of coffee, tea, water, espresso machine and microwave. Beautiful lighting in all aspects. Lots of sockets. Good communication with the owners. Value for money.

Very very bad mattress. Too narrow to fit two people at the same time. Furthermore the mattress was far two soft - used, so sleeping was impossible as both of us would roll to the middle. The staircase to the bed was quite steep with sharp, high-angle incline making it difficult, and at night dangerous, to climb. Please be aware it is not suitable for elderly people.

The property was, however, as described, so we chose it despite the minor aspects we didn’t prefer. This was mainly because Milan is quite expensive, and this property is relatively affordable by Milan standards, as well as being conveniently close to the city centre, which we valued. We also appreciated the complimentary water, which was a thoughtful touch. The property was clean as well.

I wish the check-in process were simpler. It would be more convenient if the property offered a manual code entry option instead of relying solely on a virtual key, which can feel restrictive. There were quite a few instructions to follow just to check in, and after a long journey, this can be rather frustrating. Additionally, the positioning of the bed could be improved. The steep flight of steps leading up to it poses a potential hazard, as accidents could easily occur. It was also inconvenient having to climb up and down each time to access the bathroom or personal belongings. Furthermore, the bed area is very close to the ceiling, meaning you have to bend over while descending the stairs, which becomes uncomfortable.
