La posizione è piuttosto buona. Ristoranti e negozi a prossimità. Fermata del tram vicinissima. L’appartamento era molto pulito. E la disponibilità quando ho dovuto chiamare per un informazione.
Purtroppo quando siamo arrivati faceva molto freddo e ci è voluto tutta una giornata per riscaldare. Ma dopo si stava bene.

Está súper cuidado por dentro y limpio. Se nota que lo han reformado hace poquito y todo está nuevísimo y cuidado al detalle.
Cuando llegamos, por fuera, y lo que es el portal, está muy mal, prácticamente en ruinas. Pero luego el piso por dentro estaba genial. Si vas más de 2 personas, es incómodo, ya que tiene una cama de matrimonio y el sofá cama. Pero el sofá cama es muy incómodo, de hecho, no se estiraba al completo y al día siguiente estás hecho polvo.

Posizione ottima per le nostre esigenze.
Non è stato possibile stabilire un contatto con una persona fisica. E' gestito tutto mediante tecnologia e il problema che ho segnalato relativo alla temperatura non confortevole in casa è rimasto senza soluzione. Bisognava scambiarsi delle email e alla fine ho rinunciato a scrivere.
