The apartment is very good and well appointed.
The entry system was a trial. We were given the wrong code for the lock box . The door main entrance door didn't open Had to phone the number on each occasion to resolve. The gentleman on the phone was very helpful.

Location and first class customer service
Not enough cutlery for all of us, lots of cobwebs on light fittings, shower heads weren’t clean either which in turn can cause serious health issues

It was great to look out over the skyline of a London. Location is easy for transport- close to Edgeware road tube. Very homely with high level of finish and equipment! Host is brilliant at communicating and helpful. We were surprised that there wasn’t much road noise given that it was on busy routes. We both had good nights sleep in comfortable beds. Nice coffee shop with pastries downstairs!
The location was very cosmopolitan, with a wide choice of cuisines, if you didn’t want to experiment and just fancied a quick pizza it might be harder to just happen on one, ( but we didn’t try!) however the M&S is nearly next door so if you just want standard snacks and quick bites it has what you need.

This was different for us. We normally go for a hotel but found this on booking.com and decided to treat ourselves. Beautiful accommodation which had everything we needed. Sadly we only had one night but thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Thank you.
