spacious master bedroom, nice kitchen and lovely courtyard. staff really friendly and accommodating of early check in times
lots of flies in the master bedroom and en-suite. they stay pretty still so not a nuisance but just of course unaesthetic and unpleasant. bathrooms flood easily when showering

Da quando è stato ristrutturato (? ) non è stato più manutentato. Moquette rotta, bagno con caldaia a vista e sporca, docce ammuffite. Questo giustifica quindi il prezzo basso

L'emplacement et l'espace (duplex)
Le logement n'était pas propre : gros paquets de cheveux dans la douche, moucherons dans la douche, lave-vaisselle avec eau stagnante dégageant une odeur nauséabonde, les placards de la cuisine n'étaient pas propres.
Autres points négatifs : le sofa cassé, un matelas defoncé, et globalement un état de décrépitude des murs et plaintes dans tout l'appartement du fait sans doute d'une forte humidité. Les fenêtres sont laissées ouvertes pour aérer le plus possible mais cela donne une très grande promiscuité... Attention aux âmes sensibles, vous pouvez avoir des voisins manquant cruellement de discrétion, ce fut notre cas...
