It was clean
Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The room was extremely hot as the air conditioning was not working adequately, making it uncomfortable to sleep. We also experienced a leak or overflow in the bathroom, which created a slippery floor and could be a safety hazard for guests. Although we had been granted a late checkout until 11:30am, a member of staff came to the property at 11:00am asking us to vacate, which felt unprofessional and inconsistent with the arrangement that had been made. We hope these issues can be addressed to improve the experience for future guests.

Really enjoy my stay. Comfy beds and flat. The flat is very spacious and modern, suitable for family or large group of friends.

I’ve had a lovely stay. Everything is up to standard. The staff guy Ali is very helpful and catered to my needs. The flat is very new, modern and amazing. I’d love to come back here again in future.
