This beautifully designed flat is located within a super central location, just moments away from Regent's Park and within 2 minutes walk from Marylebone Station and Baker Street, with access to Marble Arch and Mayfair amenities, including Oxford Circus.
This elegant house features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a cozy living room, and a well-equipped kitchen.

The space
The house is perfectly set up for your trip to London.
Two bedrooms boast sumptuous king-sized beds and the third one a comfortable single bed.
Both bathrooms have bathtubs and showers.
The kitchen is well equipped and you will find everything you need to cook a delicious meal.
This 3Bedroom, 2Bathrooms apartment is located on the 7th. floor with a lift in the Building. No stairs to be climbed.
The flat comes with a long corridor, and all separate units below:
- A huge Living Room, well furnished with 3-4 seater sofa bed and a comfortable chair with a footstool, a dining table enough for up to 8 people. 4K UHD 60" Smart TV and an amazing Bluetooth subwoofer built-in sound system.
- A large fully fitted kitchen that contains an electric cooker, good size fridge-freezer, built-in microwave and oven, electric kettle, toaster, and Knife set. All kitchen equipment is provided, from pots and pans to cutlery and tools.
- Bedroom 1; Large Double Room with a King Size bed, large wardrobes and drawers, and an En-suite luxury, fully equipped Bathroom with windows.
- Bedroom 2; Large Double Room with a King sized bed, large wardrobes and drawers, and a window.
- Bedroom 3; reasonably good size Single room with a Single Bed, large wardrobe, a drawer, and a window.
- A communal Bathroom that does contain a shower/bathtub and a sink unit, which we do provide with towels, and other basic needs, such as shampoo & a hand-wash bottle, and toilet rolls.
- Flat has Central Heating and super fast WIFI.

Guests have access to the entire apartment.
Other things to note
Quiet hours are between 11 pm and 8 am. You Must be quiet between these hours.
Smoking inside the property is forbidden and penalties may apply.
• Do you have free wifi? Yes. We will give you the wifi code when you check-in
• Do you provide linen and towels? Yes, all fresh, pressed bed linen and big fluffy towels are provided!
• Is there parking? Pay and display parking in surrounding streets.
