I like that the room was clean, organized and I was able to have access necessities
I didn't like that the tap in the bathroom sink was leaking,had to avoid using muchI found that a mat be provided to dust feet before going on the bed

It’s on a really nice location, close to the subway stations and bus stops. Supermarkets and restaurants are close so it’s a good value place.
The stairs are a bit narrow, making it hard to move a checked bag around. Other than that it’s perfect

It was clean and very close to the subway. It was in a noisy location but very sound proof. There were two supermarkets just down the road.
There was very minimal cutlery. We had two big suitcases and while we knew there was no lift, it was difficult to get them up the narrow staircase. The bed was quite small for two people.
