We are proud to present this spacious 2 bedroom flat ideally located near Edgware Road Station and Paddington Station. This flat accommodates up to 6 people!
The flat is newly decorated and finished in high standard. The flat benefits from fully equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 1 double sofa bed, bath, shower and toilet. The flat also contains cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, glasses, mugs, utensil, kettle, toaster, electric cooker, refrigerator, hair dryer, iron and ironing table.
The flat is located on the basement of the building and must walk down, no Lift.
We provide towels and linen. Please note that you must provide your own toiletries, and adapters.
Check-in is from 3 pm- onwards. We operate via self-check-in using lock boxes.
For any keys forgotten inside the i.e. lockout flat from 6pm-10pm, there will be a £40.00 call out charge. This fee will need to be in cash.
Please note that for any lost keys there will be a charge of £200.00. This fee will need to be in cash.
The property is closely situated near Edgware Road providing a close link to Central London and beyond!
The property is also very near to Sainsbury, Marks & Spencers Tesco and local restaurants.
