Wonderful stay in a beautiful, very quiet location between Porto Moniz, Seixal and the Fanal Forest. The house sits above the river and has a spacious terrace with a fantastic view. We had everything we needed in the apartment. We could park right below the house, though it was not easy. The host was reachable via messages and very kind.

Only downside: the Wi-Fi didn't work in some rooms, but for a little digital detox, that's no real loss.

The location is top, VERY quiet, in a beautiful spot, incredibly lonely. Rooms were adequately large and we were able to park directly below the house.

Furniture should be fixed if not renewed (half of the chairs are broken, the furniture is vintage and not really practical for a rental house maintenance). The second bathroom is “fake”: just a WC below a shower, like the ones in a camper, we didn’t use it to avoid wetting everything. Last: I know it’s NOT due, but when you stay a couple of days is VERY nice to find some oil, salt, pepper and coffee to avoid buying things you won’t consume (but thanks for the pastry on 1st day).
