We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house in Porto Moniz. The entire house is very well equipped, full of character, and decorated with great taste. The huge terrace was one of our favorite spots, with plenty of space to relax and a lovely shaded area for the warmer days. The view overlooking the natural pools is absolutely stunning and truly unforgettable. We spent many moments just enjoying the scenery. Walking to Porto Moniz is perfectly doable if you’re reasonably fit, although the hill is quite steep. Parking was no problem for us. A useful tip for future guests: the road leading to the house is marked “No Entry Except Residents” — don’t worry, you can simply drive in as a guest of the property. The road is steep, but that’s Madeira for you! 😜 Thank you, Carla, for a wonderful stay. We hope to be back someday! Best wishes, Chantal & Hugo

Beautiful views. Clean. Nice for a short stay in porto moniz

Very very cold inside durint December and only one small space heater that didn’t do much. WIFI did not work at all the entire time even after messaging the host about it several times there was nothing done to fix it!! Not possible to walk anywhere from this accomodation bc its located at the top of one of the steepest hills ive ever seen. Must drive to reach porto moniz even though it is very close. Parking is challenging
