great location, clean and newly renovated home. House is nicely designed and laid out. Working wifi and connections for work/study especially on third floor. Amazing location and right in the centre of Cobh. Nice kitchen with fridge and washing machine.

It was very warm for Ireland when we stated and requested a fan that wasn't given so it made sleeping really hard. The 3rd floor gets very hot, even with all the windows open so a fan would be great to help cool us down. The cathedral bells ring every 15-30mins so it takes some getting used to. Also because you're in the heart of Cobh, be prepared for noise and pubs/live music.It does settle down around midnight but just a combination of the noise and heat made it hard to sleep. Suggestion to add in some things like shower gel, coffee pods for the coffee machine. Small things but they make a big difference.

A beautiful property that looks recently renovated and a superb location within walking distance of everything you’d want to do in Cobh !

Although it says soundproof, it definitely wasn’t, we could hear the neighbours walking up and down the stairs and joining like they were on the same home, also can hear everything outside, even on the top floor with windows closed however it didn’t effect our enjoyment. Also a good accumulation of mold on some of the ground floor skirting boards. And lastly the property is three stories high and while it states the upper levels are accessible by stairs only it’s worth noting the entire home is only accessible by steps outside too, difficult with a stroller but we managed. To sum up -not soundproof -mold - not wheelchair accessible
