The location was excellent. A bit noisy early in the morning but to be expected in a busy area. Overall we were happy with our stay and felt it was fair value for money.
The bathroom window and windowsill was dirty. Some dust on doors. So could benefit from a spring clean and towels could have been better.

The location couldn’t be any better!
The bed was rather uncomfortable and it was damp and a tiny bit musty, but it was pretty clean and spacious and had an adorable patio area (for the cafe, but still lovely). It was great to have kitchen amenities too. All in all it was a great place to stay.
