Walkable to all shops and local attractions. We were able to get a nearby free parking space in September, but can imagine this would be more difficult in peak season. We managed fine, though.
With the windows open at night, it was very noisy because of the extreme proximity of a pub beer garden and smoking area. The noise continued until after midnight, so the house would better suit people that would want to be in the pub, rather than getting an early night!

The location was fantastic. It was right in the heart of Kinsale. The renovation was clean and simple with plenty of plugs, lighting, blinds, appliances and comfortable furnishings. It had everything we needed. Communication was excellent.
There was a little noise from the pub(s) in behind. It did not go on very late though. For this reason, I would recommend sleeping in the bedroom facing the pedestrian street if you’re just one couple. Also, it can be challenging to find a parking spot close to the property to unload (load) our luggage.

Fabulous location and a gorgeous spacious property. Highly recommend!
A bit noisy as with “heat wave” we needed the windows open… but if closed quiet as quite soundproof.
