The location is exceptional.

Great location, close to town, just a short walk down a steep path. The rooms were big and had enough space for our group of 6. Great living room and dining room space so that we could all chill together,and we enjoyed the fire place. (Wood was not provided). Also very happy with the use of washer and dryer that had laundry soap provided.
The kitchen was dirty on arrival with dirty cloths in the sink and sticky counter tops. There is only 1 small bathroom with no shelf space, this was a bit tricky with a large group. Shower water system was also a bit tempermental, but the owner dealt with it immediately after we messaged him.

The place was in a quite location
It is run down, mold in bathrooms and it smelled bad. Also it was in a state of being cleaned and was not ready. No discount was even offered for the inconvenience.
