New building, well furnished room, in an amazing location; walking distance to the beach, supermarket nearby, and the property also has its on parking.
It was a little noisy, doors not very well isulated so you could hear all the people moving in the corridor, building looked a little bit unfinished yet, so if they fix this thing with the door noise cancellation that is definitely a huge improvement.

Perfectly located near the beach, great place to enjoy a few days in the Qeparo beach and surrounding area. New building with comfy bed and bathroom.
A bit expensive considering: no breakfast is included and there are no extra facilities except of course the room itself... But if you are a bit less sensitive to the price you will have a great time.

The sea view was no more, there are apartments under construction blocking the view
