Himara seaside apartment

Das Apartment 2 min vom Strand ist sehr schön und sehr sauber und hat auch eine gute Küchenausstattung zum selber kochen. Auch der Parkplatz im Private Bereich ist ein großer Pluspunkt vor allem in der Hauptsaison. Amarilda hat uns vorab genau über den Shelf check in Informiert und Fotos geschickt, das machte alles einfacher. Das Apartment wird in bar bezahlt so haben wir Amarilda persönlich getroffen und noch Tipps zum Essen oder Ausflüge bekommen. Ein Gastgeschenk von der Region zum Abschluss war auch noch sehr schön.

Die Dusche hat leider eine zu kurze Trennwand und so ist der Boden immer nass und muss immer geputzt werden.

- The location of the apartment. Once the car is parked, everything can be done on foot. The beach is just across the street, there is a small supermarket at the bottom of the building and a larger one a few minutes’ walk away, several restaurants on the same street, etc. - The view from the apartment balcony is breathtaking: stunning sunsets - The apartment is modern (just like in the photos on the website) - The parking space at the back of the building

- The cleanliness of the apartment: we found hair in the shower and had to wash all the dishes and utensils before eating because everything was very dirty - (A matter of taste) Far too many decorative items; the host asks that cleaning be done before check-out, including dusting… So a lot of objects to move - (Again, a matter of taste) Too many items piled up in some drawers, some of them broken (and could be thrown away). No real storage space available, especially in the living room

Appartement très bien situé, équipé et propre. Mes enfants ont appréciés les jouets à disposition. Serviettes et draps de plage à disposition. Vraiment je recommande les yeux fermés

Easy and well explained access to the apartment, own parking place. Attentive and very friendly owner. Lovely apartment with one bedroom, one living/dining room with kitchen and a nice balcony with stunning view to the sea and the mountains. The apartment is well equipped with all needed for a comfortable stay. Good storage facilities inside apartment. Distance to Potami Beach: Just crossing the road! Restaurants and bars as well as mini market (50m) and supermarket (500m) in walking distance.
