Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à 4 dans cet appartement. Le logement est très spacieux, super propre et conforme en tout point aux photos de l'annonce. La vue depuis le balcon est magnifique. L'emplacement est un vrai point fort : le quartier est très calme, tout en restant facile d'accès et à seulement 10 minutes de la plage. Un immense merci à Emiljano et sa famille pour leur accueil. Leur gentillesse est exceptionnelle : ils sont bienveillants, toujours à l'écoute et très disponibles. Grâce à leurs précieux conseils, nous avons découvert de super restaurants et de magnifiques endroits. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

great location with lovely view over the bay, especially if you stay in one of the upper apartments of the building. great car parking facilities inside the property. the surroundings are very quiet. the communication was easy. we were received by Emiliano's father (hard to communicate in english), who was very nice and gentle. we were offered some fruits of his own production (grapes, peaches, figs) and we also got the chance to taste some homemade rakia made by Emiliano's grandmother.

several negative points: 1 - Emiliano was not present at the moment of check-in, check-out and during the entire stay. 2 - the payment method should be clarified. I had to confirm the reservation with my credit card information. booking said 30% of the total amount would be pre-charged from the credit card before the stay (and nothing else, a bit confuse). it actually didn't happen. but the strangest thing was that when we checked-in nobody said anything about payments and it kept like that during the entire stay. only when we were ready to leave and were delivering the apartment key (and believing the charge would be made directly through the credit card), Emiliano's father asked about the money. that was an awkward and tense moment because, as I said, all the communication was difficult. we were in such a rush that we had to trust nothing would be charged after we left, and made the payment in cash, the total amount. effectively, nothing bad happened until now... but this should be fixed, to prevent further misunderstandings. also, if this is the payment method, a receipt should be emitted, to confirm the payment was made. 3 - the TV wasn't working, supposedly because of a service breakdown... 4 - although the building seems new and well preserved, the space didn't quite feel corresponding to the photos, we were expecting something more cosy. 5 - all the restaurants in the beach were closed or not working at all, minimal choice of places to eat in the surroundings.
