The security and parking was excellent. Made one feel safe. The flat was clean and neat.

The accommodation did not cater for 5 guests. The sleep coach was old and uncomfortable needs attention a sheet was left with no linen for that sleeper couch. Cutlery and crockery were 4 of each not catering for the 5th person which is unacceptable and embarrassing. The bathroom set up was very dangerous. Shower is the bath so one can slip when they getting out. When you shower the bathroom floor gets very wet. Which results in the floor being slippery and one slipping when they must climb out the bath. The bath mat was also hazardous it had no rubber so when you step on it you slip. We had constant issues with the code by the gate because the code needed to be changed and updated and we had no means to communicate to anyone. There is no pool view. The pictures and what we booked were not the same... . No comfortable seating. Lounge suite is needed. Kitchen chairs are torn with writing on them very high and uncomfortable. Beds are also very hard felt like one was sleeping on a plank.
